At CubingIndia, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how you can cancel an order or request a return/refund.

1. Order Cancellation

• Cancellations will be accepted within 7 days of placing the order.

• If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may initiate a return request once the product is delivered.

2. Returns for Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please report it to our customer service (support@cubingindia.org) team within 7 days of receipt.

• Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

3. Product Not Meeting Expectations

• If you feel the product received is not as shown on our website or does not meet your expectations, please notify our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.

• After reviewing your request, our team will decide on the best resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

4. Manufacturer Warranty

• For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for service or replacement.

5. Refunds

• Once a refund request is approved by CubingIndia, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
